Shipping days 48 contiguous states. Most orders ship in 4 to 5 business days after you place your order. If placed on a weekend add 1 extra business day. Hawaii, Alaska and Purito Rico orders can take 5 to 6 business days to ship. Do to any United States holidays, shipping can be delayed 1 to 2 extra days.

What If I place an order online and we runs out of stock after I placed it?
Sometimes we can run out of stock of a item due to phone orders and internet sales or on weekends and holidays.
If this happens we will Email or Call you as soon as possible.

Please Note: We are continuing to respond to the impact of COVID-19 around the world Silk Spectacular shopping cart will be open until further notice. But due to the export restrictions from China, we can run out of some merchandise. If we do run out of any any item you have placed a order for. We will notify as soon as possible. If placed on a weekend add 1 extra business day. Business days are Mon to Fri. We ship by FedEx to the USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

When will my order it ship:
If we run out of any item, we will email or call you. USA: Shipping days United States. Most orders ship in 4 to 5 business days after you place your order. Please give an extra 1 to 2 days to ship if your order was placed on a Friday, Holiday or weekend. Do to any USA holidays, shipping can be delayed 1 to 2 extra days. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 at this time we can not guarantee deliveries to you will be on time as to most deliveries services are running sometimes longer to get to you.

What are my shipping cost:

Shipping cost are calculated on the state or country it ships to. Shipping costs vary by weight of package(s), size of boxe(s) state and zip code being sent from our zip code to your zip code and are calculated by the shipping method you choose at check out. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and back unless in a result of our fault. If we offer free shipping, original shipping cost to you will be deducted from the refund. If we run out of any item, we will email or call you. We ship packages by FedEx.

We ship by FedEx:
We do not ship to any Private P.O. Boxes at this time. Most packages are sent with signature required. We want to make your you get your package(s); and insurance is added over $100.00. It is highly recommended that you choose a shipping address where there will be someone available to sign for your package. We assume no liability for any packages that you request to be left at a door, or that have not been signed for.



2nd Party Shipping companies: We do send packages to 2nd party companies to be sent to a 2 party shipping company that ship to other foreign Country's. Please check with your carrier as to what is the max box size and weight.

Damaged delivery / Incomplete items:
Please notify use by email or call us within 1 to 2 business days of delivery. Please note: if you package is damaged, have the delivery carrier make a note on delivery when you sign for it. So you can make a claim with that carrier we sent it by. Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please contact the carrier of your package delivered to you.

Ship to a different address:
You can select ship items to one address only as the shipping to on the shopping cart page once you are ready to checkout. During the checkout process, you may select a different address to ship 1 only, like your home address or business address. This is only for the 48 contiguous states. Orders must go to the physical address. No PO Boxes. If you live in a rural address we can deliver to a USPS address. Must be a Untied State Post Office, not a private P. O. Box. Note: (Billing Fields on check out page) Must have correct billing address for your credit card information. The address that appears on your credit card statement. If not correct this can delay in the shipping of your order. We ship packages by FedEx.

Rush Orders: We do not do rush orders:
All rush orders for 1 day or 2nd day shipping are exempt from our regular return policy, and are not returnable Call us at 1-775-751-0409 so we can help you with any rush orders. We ship to rural route addresses to US Post Offices only. We do not ship to Private P.O. Boxes at this time.

Run out of stock after I placed my order online:
Sometimes we can run out of stock of a item due to phone orders and sales placed on the internet or on weekends and holidays. We are closed on all holidays and weekends. Even though you still buy it online. If this happens we will email or call you the same day before 5:00PM PST or the next business day. Your credit card will not be charged. If added more than one item and one of the items is out of stock. we can adjust your invoice and remove that item if not in stock and adjust the shipping costs and ship out the rest of your order at your request.
